We stayed here for five days in January. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff, especially Carol (who checked us in), was friendly and helpful. Breakfast, unfortunately, was exactly the same to go bag every single day.Plus mu husband was unhappy that hot coffee was only available during breakfast hours. Believe it or not, the lack of a warm shower was not close to the worst of our stay here. The walls seem paper thin, so it’s really noisy. Not super dirty, but not clean either. The stains on the bedspread really grossed me out. Left the shower on the hottest setting and waited and waited. I’m still waiting. It got a notch or two above cold, but not even lukewarm. Ugh. The worst part though? NO BREAKFAST. I reserved a room here while traveling with 2 kids specifically because it included breakfast. We arrived for breakfast Sunday morning at 9 AM and there is nothing. The front desk guy was an absolute jerk about it. He claimed we “missed it” even though the sign said served until 10:30 AM, and the room had never even been set up. See pics. False advertising! I would not stay here again even if it was free.

We spent the night here after a day at the Grand Canyon. We had been in a nightmare of a hotel in Phoenix, so this place was absolute heaven. The room was clean and there were restaurants within walking distance, so that was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot...just what we needed!

Do not stay at this place. Awful service but worse than that do not expect peace and quiet as the building shakes violently all day (traffic I suppose), the doors have so much space between rooms you can hear people whisper in the next room so unless you sleep like a brick this is the wrong place to choose. So many better options nearby as well

Hotel on East Lockett Rd.
One night stay during Covid.
Usually I write pros and cons but it was overall uneventful stay.
Bathroom had lots of hair on the floor hence lower score. Carpet was more dirty than I would expect from hotel.
Room was ok. Staff was forgettable.
Pool was open but seemed super dirty. You had to sign up for specific hour to use it.
Brown bag breakfast was just that unworthy mentioning.

Right across from Purina plant all you smell is dog food, noisey property, carpet in room disgusting smells like dirty wet dog, found food left under dresser from who knows when, beds were like sleeping on plywood, hair on walls and ceiling in bathroom that wasn't ours
