Just returned from two weeks touring this area and staying in 8 different hotels. However, although we only stayed one night, Little America was by far the best. Friendly reception, beautiful room and wonderfully warm pool to swim in and relax after the driving. Good reasonably priced gift shop as well. Well done Little America.

Excellent hotel and an excellent base for exploring northern Arizona (Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc) etc. The room was huge and very comfortable, the location is quiet even though it is close to an Interstate, the outdoor heated pool is huge, the grounds are excellent and the staff polite, welcoming and helpful. The rate was also extremely good value for money.

Without knowing the history of the building, I would guess everything has been completely remodeled. Extremely nice, neat, and clean. Cushy beds and pillows, spacious room, squeaky clean bathroom. White grout is still brilliant white. Friendly staff, great place!

When we drove up and saw that this hotel is right next to the interstate we were concerned: but remarkably they have created a quiet restful retreat and we were never disturbed by freeway noise.

The spacious queen room was decorated in a cushy style that made us feel like we were staying at a rich great aunt's house. Marble in the bathroom. Patterned wool carpeting, heavy drapes. Solid genteel furniture. Scrupulously clean. Thick and lovely towels and bedding. Just the place to wash off the trail dust after a few days of hiking around in Southern Utah. We got a room in Lodge 4 that faced the pine forest and quickly forgot the outside world as we snuggled down for a long nights' rest.

The happy hour at the bar was noisy in a friendly way. Drinks delicious and fairly priced. Restaurant comfortable with a smallish but diverse menu.

An unexpected and very pleasant surprise!

Room Tip: There is no elevator to 2nd floor. Ask for a room that faces the trees and NOT the freeway.

First at hotel 36 years ago and occasionally return, most recently April 7th 2012, The restaurant food for dinner is still really good with exellent service. My wife had the Salmon and I had the trout, both excellent. The rooms are still quite large with some renovations noticeable. The room we stayed in needs an update in the bathroom (quite large) which hasn't changed since we 1st were at the hotel. The grounds are really nice and it's plesant to walk through the hallways connecting each wing to the main area especially when the weather is cold. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting area gives you ample of room to relax. Our stay was comfortable and I noticed many families staying here because the rooms are large. Easy to get to, Butler Ave. right off I-40.

Room Tip: best views from the 2nd floor to the back of the hotel. front of hotel looks on parking lot.

very clean, staff very pleasant, room spacious and clean, nice western vibe to lodge-like lobby, reasonable rates. from looking around what else is in flagstaff, this seems like the best option.

Room Tip: ask to face back into the woods
