Great location and very clean. Wonderful town to visit. Owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
We had four adults in our travel group and needed a three-bedroom, reasonably priced rental home. This condo was perfect - it is easy to access off highway 40, and there was more than enough room for the four of us. It is on the second floor, which might be an issue for some people who don't do stairs, but we liked being on the top floor. There is train noise - including during the night! (We slept with the windows open, and got used to it by the second night.) I recommend this condo to all families who need room to spread out.
Our condo was very clean and updated modern. Very well maintained, and peaceful complex. Nicely accomodates a family of six.
Just a few small suggestions:
small wastebaskets in each room
Over the door mirrors in bedrooms
Cablebox moved lower
maybe small tv's in smaller bedrooms
Other than that would highly recommend and would definitely rent again. The owner Steve was very polite and professional and answered our inquiries fast.
This condo was fantastic! Has all the amenities you could want! Beds were great. Very close to snowbowl and downtown Flagstaff (lots of restaurants/bars). Highly recommend this place for a weekend in Flag!
The complex is conveniently located, the 3bdrm was large enough to suit our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The owner made sure the basic necessities were available. I would highly recommend this apt/condo to anyone with an extended family or group.

We stayed for five nights with our British friends and our granddaughters age 9 and 13. The place was perfect for us. The only criticism we might make is that the kitchen equipment is adequate, but not beyond basics. One reason for staying in such a place is to cook in rather than eating out all the time. A colander and a few more glasses would be appreciated. Overall, we liked this place very much and would gladly stay there again.
The kitchen was well stocked with coffee filters, salt/pepper, paper products, trash bags, soap/detergent, and cleaners. But we were a group of 6 people and there were only 4 cereal/soup bowls, and 4 sets of silverware. We could also have used a colander (to strain pasta), a cookie sheet, a few more cooking pans/utensils, and wine bottle opener. The 2 bathrooms were stocked with body wash and laundry closet was stocked with detergent/bleach/fabric softener and dryer sheets. But there was no blow dryer in our unit. Our unit was beautifully furnished, but there were no throw blankets (for those of us who get chilly in December temps) and the beds were too soft. My teenage boys loved the regulation size (NBA) indoor basketball court at the Timberline complex. We were gone most days sightseeing (Sedona, Grand Canyon, skiing at Arizona SnowBasin, etc.) and so we didn't get to spend as much time actually relaxing in the unit as we would have liked to. I also didn't get to utilize the sauna (at the clubhouse), but would have liked to.
