“Peaceful retreat away from crowds!”
Reviewed October 27, 2017 for a stay in October 2017

This apartment is awesome! A bit smaller than I'd expected, but so efficiently laid out and comfortably furnished, the size was irrelevant. Pretty much everything you'd need (short of food, of course) is there. Jose is a wonderful host who does his best to make you feel comfortable! He gave us a very thorough "briefing" on the apartment and facilities. He told us where nearby grocery and restaurants were. It's located in a residential neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street, away from all the "touristy" areas (but close enough to get to easily). That made for a LOVELY retreat after a day of fighting traffic and crowds. We'd stay there again in a heart beat! One note for folks NOT from Hawaii: Take some sort of indoor-only slippers. We learned it's somewhat customary in Hawaii to remove one's shoes before entering a house.
