My family was craving sushi and a couple of our favorite places were closed for the holidays or booked. I had been referred here by a friend who recommended the scallop dish and the omakase (sushi). We got both. The scallops were yummy. Not a traditionally prepared dish, but really delicious. The omakase initially came with toro, uni, and several other choices, plus a roll that had shrimp tempura and spicy ahi. All were delicious. We were still a little hungry so we got three more which were tobiko with a quail's egg, shrimp and halibut with a shiso leaf (I think). All of those were good as well. The service was very nice, and the atmosphere is very intimate. It is a little hard to find with all of the construction going on, but if you find it, its great! Definitely will go back and try some of their other dishes. My only recommendation is that they should ask if you have any dislikes. I don't like uni, so I would have loved something else.
