Owner description: This second oldest zoo in the U.S., considered one of the best in the country, is most renowned for its endangered species and birthing programs, particularly for gorillas and white tigers, and has a wonderful collection of felines and a delightful manatees exhibit.

This zoo is one of the top in America for a reason. It's nice a big, but you dont get bored. The layout is beautiful. My little girl always loves the lion and manatee area.

We went around Christmas with the light show. The park is beautiful when lit up at night.

This was my first time at the Cincinnati Zoo and I would definitely like to go back in the summer to see it when the landscape is green and flowering. There was a good size collection of animals at the zoo and it was great to see Manatees! The Night Hunters exhibit was pretty cool and so was The Jungle Trails. All animals on the Jungle Trail were inside because it was March when I visited but I could tell in the summer it would be great to walk through the trail and see the animals outside. Parking was free, not sure if it was because the main lot was full or if it's free in the winter season.

I went to the zoo in January and saw more active animals then I have ever seen at a zoo before. It was amazing. The Cincinnati Zoo has recently expanded the zoo and wow, there is so much to see and do, we are never disappointed.
