We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past 4 years. We checked in with Sandra at the front desk...prompt and very friendly service as usual. Our room was not quite as clean as usual. A few stains on the carpet, a little dust here and there. The sink in the bathroom did not drain at all. The "stopper" was stuck. We called for maintenance or whatever help we could get at the late hour. We were moved to a room just down the hall. A handicap room. It was just ok, but the bathroom had a very, very strong hospital smell. I don't know if it was the cleanser they used or the equipment that was in the room, but it was overwhelming. When I'm in a hospital I don't mind that smell, but in a hotel room...no! The lamp on the bedside table did not work and after checking we found it was not even plugged in. This room was dusty as well. The heater units in both rooms were a bit on the noisy side. We did let the front desk know of these issues....especially the odor..as we checked out the next morning. They told us they were updating, but we didn't see any improvements in our rooms.
The breakfast was just fine. The usual omelets, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, etc.

Great hotel. A little “dated” but in great shape, clean and comfortable. The room was quite spacious. The bed was more than comfortable. Sheets were soft and plenty of variety of pillows.

As for price, I thought it was a little high priced for the area. Nothing much going on in the area on this particular weekend yet room was $150.

Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful

My husband and I spent one night in this hotel. It was updated nicely, spotless, and easy to get to. Check in super easy with Sandra at the front desk who greeted us with a smile. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast choices were great and the gal working in the breakfast area was very nice and kept the area super clean. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, had plenty of towels and comfy bed.

My son and I stayed when he played in a tennis tournament at Western Tennis and Fitness, which is about 10 mins away. Front desk staff very helpful with some trouble related to booking, went above and beyond to solve it. Room was nice, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Wi-fi signal was good. Primary parking lot entrance is steep, which caused some people problems during snowy weather; however, there's a secondary entrance just past the first, which was more navigable. Overall very happy with our stay there, and will stay again next time we visit Western.

We recently visited this property for the first time in several years. It has been "kept up," and everything was... okay. But the room rate definitely took advantage of its being the only decent place in the area. And you don't want to be late trying to get a place to park! That said, everything seemed clean and everything worked. The beds were comfy and well-made. No complaints, I guess. Maybe I'm getting old, and I need to get used to paying $250 for 2 nights in a decent motel...
