We booked only one night as the hotel was booked out the second night.
Check in was the most irritating experience. The person at reception could not find our booking and could not really speak English. It didn't seem that he knew what he was doing. After we showed him the booking and he found it, he then tried to get us to pay for the room even thought we'd already paid in full. After we convinced him we'd already paid, he then told us they were full and could only give us a triple room. After about 40 minutes at reception, we were happy just to get into any room. It was so hopeless and unprofessional.
The hotel seems to only really cater to Korean guests, so unless you speak Korean, probably best to go somewhere else. There are plenty of options in town. Also the room the very dark (lighting not well designed) and breakfast options limited.More
