On the beachfront now - amongst all the other restaurants - look for the sign. Always delicious fresh seafood and salads. Drooling at the thought of it :) Than Zin Naing ( the owner) has been a favourite of ours now since 1998 - and we keep coming back! His brother is the fisherman who supplies the daily seafood.
Definitely come eat here and support his family restaurant!!

A great place to kickback and relax (cocktails during happy hour are 1000 kayats or 60 US cents each). The sunset views were stunning, we were there four nights and each one was equally beautiful but different. High tide is also a great experience - just don't wear shoes.

This Photograph is old and not correct. This place is now one of 3 restaurants in a row on the beach. Not only the 3 brothers are working here, but many more. The food is O Kay, a little bit on the expensive side and served very fast. For us, that meant the food was not made fresh. There are many more better places on the main road. Both of us could not understand how one from UK wrote that this is the best restaurant in ASIA!!!!!! Mayby she just went to one country/one beach in Asia.

I like seafood but not fish. I ended up eating here 3 times. I really enjoyed their sea prawn satay. Simple, grilled prawns with a delicious hot dip (it was the dip that kept me coming back) They are happy to show you the kitchen (bit of an eye opener) and the freshness of the fish Loved it!

An unprepossessing restaurant on the beach - great for sunset. We ate in 3 of the restaurants there and Silver Full was the best for us. Calimari, followed by grilled king prawns and a Thai green curry - all for under £10/$12. The beer added an extra £5 for 4 pints. The meal was excellent. The same at our hotel would have cost 5 times more!
