Absolutely the go to restaurant on the lake. Service is amazing. Alicia and staff very friendly and helpful. Every time we’ve been there the meals are fabulous. Great choice and flavours. Good size too. Highly recommend

Four of us dined here for lunch and were all happy with our meal and the service. My seafood linguine with chilli and fennel and lemon was delicious, full of freshly cooked salmon and the freshest of prawns! The citron tart for dessert was fresha and tangy. Very light. The setting is goirgeous, very calming and relaxing. Highly recommend for a long lunch!

We booked high tea for a birthday celebration for three of us and the table was set right at the window with lovely park and lake views. To start we had a lovely glass of bubbly then wonderful tiered plates of little bites of food, all delightful but the savoury pieces and scones were favourites. Coffee was great too. We were not rushed at all. It was a lovely way to celebrate. Service was excellent.

After a wonderful walk with my friends , we decided to cool off and have morning tea at this place which is located next to the Lake Macquarie Art Gallery. The views are beautiful, the food nice however the staff was rude, impatient and asked us to leave as soon as some of us finished their coffee. The waiter taking orders was very impatient and we felt we were not welcome there. As I left I decided I will never return to that place again.

Out of a group of 6 ladies, 3 were unhappy with their meal. Two of us had linguini with 'market' fish and prawns. There were no prawns in either dish and the fish was smoked. Also the meal was very small, more like an entree size.

I had an eggplant dish which consisted of one slice of soggy eggplant with cheese over it which had been overcooked so that it was hard to chew. This came with a pile of rocket a grate of parmesan and a wedge of lemon . The other 3 ladies enjoyed their meal but were underwhelmed. Sadly one of my go to places is off the list
