This place is just so beautiful and set in the heart of Joondalup. There is a golf course, accomodation, restaurants and other facilities. The interior is very classy and there is an atmosphere of tranquility with a beautiful view.

The hotel sets quite a grand sprawling statement in the midst of suburbia, with enough trees and nature to help you feel a million miles from the city. Waking to the laughter of crazy kookaburras instead of traffic is quite a nice change. The staff are friendly and helpful, they seem to know their stuff. The ground floor room I stayed in was vast - spacious with a small outdoor, undercover space and wall-to-wall sliding doors that let in really good natural light. Bed was comfortable, bed linen good quality, furniture also good standard. The bathroom, however, was very tired and showing its age with very obvious signs of repair. The only problem with being on the ground floor of a two-storey building without good acoustic insulation is that you get to know the upper-guest room's bathroom habits...

Wifi was fast, easy to connect to, and there's a good arrangement of powerpoints around the room. It's a good base to work from, and no problems with parking.

Great friendly service by all staff encounteted, meal in Bistro 38 very enjoyable. As part of the package we had, the meal was a set menu but lots of choice of mains and the shared tasting entrree and desserts would have been more than enough for 2 without the main. The offer to deliver the dessert plate to our room a bit later was very kind and gratefully accepted. The resort grounds are beautifully kept even considering the winter weather not the best for gardens in Perth, the grounds are a credit to the gardeners. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My recent stay at Joondalup Resort was pleasant enough but unfortunately the resort doesnt have that warm inviting feeling I have experienced elsewhere. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the positioning of the AC for me was off putting as it blew straight onto you all night. The restaurant was good, however I did find it overpriced. The free breakfast was a nice bonus but I'm not sure it was nice enough to make the price tag of the room worth it.
