Went here first week in may on a last minute deal the hotel is located in a great place one way to the strip the other to stalis we really couldn't fault the hotel apart from the food, it's made for young people really, rooms cleaned and towels changed every day pool size small but ok but in busy times you may struggle for sunbeds staff ok the all inclusive is a bit of a swizz, you have to pay 50 euros for a gold band which gives you a cocktail tea and coffee which you can can have in the restaurant anyway also you get a glass for this, seems a bit pricey for a glass lol, we wouldn't go back to malia but we would like to try stalis

Holiday not too upper class this is the hotel for you!! It's relaxing and right on the strip absolutely ideal!!! The food isn't great but it keeps you going and obviously having drinks anytime you want is perfect in Greece! Don't hesitate to book here now

Just returned from a relaxing holiday at the Triton hotel in Malia. From the first day the staff were so helpful. My husband was hoping for a mountain view room. Nikos the manager, arranged it for us and even carried my suitcase for me. Such a cheerful man he would greet all the guests in passing. The reception staff, Rhea and Yanni were very helpful when we queried about the local buses and other topics. Van, Stamata and the lovely Honor working the bars were so cheerful all day. Always chatting and laughing with the guests. Nikos has a very good workforce. The cleaning staff were exceptional and the restuarant staff always had a pleasant manner. Not forgetting Philip the night porter, nice chap. The food was plentiful, usually a fish dish and two meat choices. Fresh salads and the lovely Greek potatoes...Wine and beers were available at mealtimes too. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and we hope to return someday. Keep up the good work Nikos, you are an asset to the company!

Room tip: We were lucky to be given a mountain view, cool breeze and sun all afternoon and evening.Second floor.

My friend and I arrived to Malia last week and stayed in a very warm and cozy hotel, "Triton Malia Hotel". It is very close to the beach and near to the bars and restaurants of Malia. We had rented a car too and traveled around. Gilda and Nikos are amazing and very informative of what we can around the area. The people in the restaurant always smile and as well as the people at the bar. We loved it and hopefully we'll be able to come back next year!!!!!!!!!

We booked this holiday as a quick cheap girls holiday biggest mistake! The food was disgusting swimming in oil, the meat undercooked and some strange tastes off of all the food. We were sick after we are the meals so spent a whole day in bed. The whole purpose of all inclusive is not to eat out we had to eat out for all meals so this turnt into an expensive holiday. There were ants all over the room is was vile! We were fined €30 for a hole in a blanket which was there when we arrived in the room (we just thought the hotel was cheap a little hole was nothing to us.) Avoid at all costs the local refer to this hotel as Shiton so it sums the place up!
