Our group of ten, ranging in age from 65 to 25 had the most wonderful week in Carlo’s villa to celebrate a significant birthday. We discovered really lovely hillside towns, ate some fantastic and incredibly cheap local food, swam at the lovely Grottomare beach nearby, spent a wonderful day hunting for summer truffles and had a fascinating cooking class. But the best thing of all was relaxing at the villa, taking in the breathtaking views from the terrace, swimming in the pool, picking figs in the garden and drinking the endless supply of free wine. Our week really couldn’t have been better... thank you Carlo, Michela and the lovely Roberta who came every day to clean and tidy up. We all want to come back already.

Our family of 12 stayed here in July 17 and had a wonderful week. The views are 360 degree and spectacular. Jacuzzi, sauna and whirlpool feature in the pool were real bonuses. We enjoyed the free wine provided and the maid cooked two fantastic local meals for us. The owner Carlo was very helpful. The pictures don't do it justice - fully recommended.

The villa is equipped with everything you would need. Carlo made sure that we had enough, wine, olive oil and wifi, anything we needed; he provided. The bicycles at the beach were a bonus. Beautiful location except for the 2 km VERY NARROW and very rut filled road that leads to and from the villa. Not for the faint of heart. Can't say that we lacked anything, the villa was perfect for the 12 of us. Impossible to find without GPS. ( not kidding ) Would love to return sometime soon
