Having discovered this restaurant, we went back night after night.
The quality of food and cooking is excellent.
Your host is extremely knowledgeable on both his food and wine, will recommend wines to go with your meal.
Well set out on the pavement, and if the evening is cool and you eat inside the atmosphere is delightful.
Could not fault either food or service.

Enticed in by the lamb shoulder, which I have to say looked spectacular, and tasted as good. Service was fabulous and all the meals where good. It's just pretty jolly expensive for what you get. Nothing was a wow, 12 euros for 2 large cokes, please??? Bit of a disappointment

We had our dinner a this german owned restaurant. We shared some tapas which where good and well prepared. We then had the mix-paella, which also was ok, but not special. The mix paella is a combination of seafood and meat. Not a desirable mix, but of course it was our own choise to order that. The Paella was burned, not just to get a little edge, but it was almost black some places. We did not dig to hard in the rice, so we could avoid the burned rice. Friendly staff and owner, a little caotic, but all are nice and helpful. Location is really nice among the other restaurants in the senic mainstreet.

We were drawn by this restaurant as it's in a nice location of the quaint main street in Artà. As soon as we sat, the German owner approached us and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered a bottle of still water and said that we would order the wine with the food as we needed some more time. The owner said that he would gladly suggest the best wine pairing. The promise was not fulfilled, a waiter came to take the order for food. We ordered meatballs and seafood paella. The waiter came back few minutes later to say that they ran out of meatballs. He didn't bring a menu with him and he then put one finger on each temple trying to remember 'what he saw that looked nice' among the starters (really?). We got tired of the lack of professionalism shown and just asked for the paella. When the paella arrived and as soon I tried the first spoon, I almost chipped my tooth with a huge piece of rock salt. The rice was raw, the fish was clearly not fresh and the paella was overall very salty. We basically left the paella in the pan without even consuming it. The waiter came by and asked how it was. I answered that it was very salty. The waiter looked and me and left without addressing my answer (again, really?). We then asked for the bill and it turned out to be 68 euro. The water alone was 4.90. The water was brought in a caraffe and tasted like tap water. I asked to speak with the owner and mentioned the piece of rock salt, the saltiness of the paella and asked why the tap water was 4.90 euro. The owner said that it was not tap water but bottled water and he mentioned twice that he would have showed us the bottle but he never did (once again, really?). The owner was abrupt, arrogant, dismissive and showed a lack of empathy. Keep your attitude, your terrible food and your tap water with a phantom bottle. All the best.
P.S. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I had to voice my opinion on this establishment and I hope whoever reads this doesn't make the same mistake we did.

Passing near to Arta on a Saturday evening, we decided to stop off for food. We found Ca'n Sion on the main street. It turned out to be a great choice. Sitting on the terrace, it's possible to watch the world go by as you dine. We opted to share a dish of meat-based paella. This was beautifully presented, tasty and generous. With a glass each of cava and a litre of sparkling water, the bill was about €52. Service was friendly, with the proprietor also stopping by our table to check that all was satisfactory. Recommended.
