You already have a good vibe about the restaurant here from the great reception and service received upon arrival and the reviews and comments from friends. Again, as with the hotel, the restaurant was everything it should be, unlike one or two disappointments we have had with other Paradores recently. We booked a table, which was well situated and ready at the time specified. The waiters were very attentive, highly professional and friendly. The menu was so extensive and interesting it was hard to choose, but the modern twist on traditional Castilian fayre worked really well. The wine, from Chinchón itself, was superb and the whole experience, from amuse bouche to digestive (a Chinchón seco) was outstanding. This was not a cheap supper but it was worth every euro. Absolutely recommended!
