This pub was suitable for our dinner after a long car trip and walk. Welcome was fine. Menu to suit most people. Not a fancy pub by any means. Very happy to be in muddy jeans and trainers. Was busy at 530 when it opened. Kids had fish and chips, me steak pie and hubby burger. Waited about half hour for food. Garlic bread came with food. Meal cost including drinks approx £62. All round decent pub grub and ample portions.

Tucked away close to the harbour this is an atmospheric pub offering good pub food (standard selections) and beer, of course.

Very happy with this pub. Friendly service. Good pub food - not gastro style. Traditional pub food, which is very tasty and well cooked after a hard day's sight-seeing! A nice mix of locals and holiday makers. We went back 3 times during our week staying in the area and the landlady recognised us and took the time for a nice chat each time - very nice touch.

Went to The Ship for food and I really don't regret it. Booking is a must because it gets really busy. It's a shame that it doesn't allow people for food until 5pm. The Steak Pie ever. They should change the name of the pub from the ship to the pie, seriously. Will DEFINITELY go there if ever in north wales!!!!!!
