I booked a taxi from the airport to our casa. The driver was waiting with a name sign in the airport and gave us some time to exchange money. We couldnt find our casa directly so he phoned our host. I would book again since the price was just 5CUC more than a taxi from the street.

An excellent service with friendly drivers who were totally reliable and punctual. Would recommend.
We were a group of 4 adults travelling in Cuba for 3 weeks and used taxivinalescuba.com for collection and drop off at the airport as well the following trips:
Havana to Cienfuegos
Cienfuegos to Trinidad
Trinidad to Cayo Coco
Cayo Coco to Varadero
Varadero to Havana
We decided to use the taxi service to travel around Cuba as it was more economical than hiring our own car or finding drivers and negotiating trips with other taxi companies who were waiting around the hotels. Also reading reviews about travelling by local buses and the problems encountered. We were relaxed and stress free on our trips.
Taxi Vinales Cuba was very well organised . Our journeys ranged from 2 -6 hours and our collection points were hotels and one casa particular. We were provided with an air conditioned minivan in good condition.
The drivers were always punctual, friendly and helpful. (If they knew of photographic opportunities, they had no problems of stopping and allowing us to get out and take photos).
For one of our trips our hotel had a problem with a hotel booking and had to change at the last minute, Taxi Vinales Cuba were very quick to answer and accommodate the changes

My wife and I traveled to Cuba from the U.S. and were mostly with a Tour group, but there were a couple times when we needed separate transportation. Neither of us are fluent Spanish speakers and had never been to Cuba before, and we really needed to trust our transportation. Taxi Vinales more than met our expectations! I set everything up online through emails with Alberto from Taxi Vinales and he was excellent to deal with. We booked rides from Havana Airport to our house in Habana Vieja and, more significantly, from Trinidad back to Havana at the end of our trip. And their drivers were at the agreed upon locations ahead of schedule each time. The drivers were very good, professional and safe drivers.
Based on our experience, we highly recommend Taxi Vinales Cuba!

We were large group (8 adults and 11 kids) and wanted to have big bus for all of us to take us from Havana to Vanieles and Veradero and back to Havana. I was very suspicious paying everything up front but as soon as we saw them at the airport, we knew they will provide us the service. we had great driver who speaks English and stopped for us where ever we wanted on the way. they always came exactly at the time we scheduled them and had the bus was super modern and clean. Excellent service, I'm very recommending this company.

We arrived on 1st of November in late afternoon in Varadero Airport and needed a drive to Trinidad Ancon Beach.
We had made a prior booking through the internet. The communication over the mail with Customer Service Alberto was quick, professional and transparent.
After a long flight trip of over 20 hours we arrived in Varadero airport and taxi driver was there waiting for us patiently. We had the time to go and exchange money and taxidriver was very helpful with our luggage getting to the car. We had a quiet safe drive of almost 4 hours on the dark roads of Cuba. We paid cash to the driver for the agreed amount.
An excellent service : 10 points! 5 stars
