This hostel feels as a home. Manuela and here beautiful family are great and are making the whole experience.
No luxury but an honest stay where everyone enjoys the company of the other travelers. Cooking together, sharing, beach walks and bun fires in the evening.
This stay makes you aware of the force of nature.

We paid $18 USD per night per person for a bunk. Shared kitchen, shared bathrooms, and shared showers (women's hot water is hard to control). Place is kept as clean and tidy as one could expect for a very chill, remote town. Rooms are a bit cramped, mosquito nets provided, and lots of hammocks and seating outside by the fire pit.
Location is at the last 4x4 drop off point - you can't miss the rainbow roof. A small market with produce, snack foods, bread, and beverages is very close by. Staff was friendly, and English speaking. You can pay credit card.

As other reviews rightly say, this is no luxury hostel but the location (Cabo itself is amazing and this hostel is metres from one of the beaches) and the friendly, helpful staff make up for it. Rooms are sufficient and this place adds its own flavour to Cabo, which is something to experience. Thanks!

This is not a luxury hostel. It's meant to be a different experience, and that's exactly what it is. We really enjoyed ourselves, the owner is very helpful and friendly. There's an excellent ambiance, rooms are comfortable enough.

It was lovely to get away from it all in this charming windswept town. Cabo Polonio is a great place to get back to basics. The staff were very friendly and there is a real sense of community within the hostel. There are 2 kitchens since most people cook for themselves and the shop is a short walk away. Electricity is very limited since it is all solar or wind generated and there is wifi for one hour every night which makes a pleasant change from people chained to smartphones all day but allows you to do any essentials.

The dorm we were in was extremely cramped, but that's the only negative.
