We visited for the second year and once again it disappoint!
We have 2 boys, one 2 and one 14 and the hotels facilities catered for both ages.
We were lucky enough to have a swim up room which was fantastic for us to use when our little one was having an afternoon sleep.
The hotels staff are most defiantly a credit, so friendly, both local staff and Thompson, especially enjoyed Tyler's stand up gig whilst we were waiting to leave for the airport on our coach .
We didn't use the kids club club but there seemed to always be something going on!
The food was lovely, always so much to choose from in buffet style. There was always a live cooking station too with a speciality on. The a'la cart restaurants where beautiful and a welcomed change and treat.
We loved our afternoon cocktails at the lobby bar, which was a lovely cool treat! The bar man at this bar (sorry forgot his name) was fabulous!
All in all we would highly recommend this place. Thank you once again xx

What an amazing hotel, very safe and well thought out for families with an almost OCD level of cleanliness!

This hotel has literally set a new bar in customer service and All Inclusive food.

We arrived very late on Saturday night for 2 weeks, were checked in straight away and given the option of food and drink straight away. Unfortunately we had opted for the tasteless aeroplane pasta enroute - should have waited and would have been about £20 up too!

We opted for a premium family room with sliding separator doors with partial sea view - what an amazing room with a 6' super king bed in too! Our little son was more than happy with his bed and little area. The bathroom was fantastic with a separate bath and rainforest shower.

A real bonus was that we booked a room extension when booking the holiday. In the scheme of things an extra couple of quod was worth it to effectively give us an extra day holiday.

There were a few different restaurants but we chose to eat in the main restaurant as the food was so good and varied every day that we never got bored. An exceptional choice from the children's food section every day too.

I may be typing this with you thinking I'm employed by the hotel to write this but this is literally the best hotel for what we needed as a family we could have wished for. As you will see by my profile we never visit the same hotel or island twice however we are adamant that we will return here next year.

Lots of really friendly folk from loads of different countries, had a great time sat watching the Euro football with people from Germany!

We did not go to any 'meeting' by Thomson and just hired a car from the car rental desk within the hotel. Roads not to bad at all for Greece.

Final point, the all inclusive lager was very tasty!!

One tip is that (nothing to do with the hotel) if you have the option pay for 'fast / quick check in' as it was nightmare busy at the airport when flying home of which was my only grumble of the entire holiday.

We will return (words never uttered in our house before)

I stayed here in May with My husband, and 3 year old son.

The rooms are great, nice touch with the children's wallpaper, bedding and tool bench. Modern fittings, bath and lovely bathroom, only downside was the glass shower screen which didn't have a rubber edge which my son caught his back on.

Hotel lobby is lovely, really inviting and comfortable to sit in.

The weather was mixed but that was expected due to going early in the season.

Food was excellent, the best we have experienced in all inclusive, always something to eat even for the pickiest of eaters. The children's buffet was a little repetitive however my son was more than happy to eat from the main buffet. The fruit selection is exceptional. The lady who sees you to your seats was excellent, remembered us everyday and made a special effort with my son (high fives etc).

Food at the pool shack was very good, would recommend the gyros!

The water park was much better than expected, plenty to do for all ages, only down side is that there are no sun loungers just chairs.

Drinks were not the best, cocktails were basic and the beer was just ok, nothing special.

If you would like to hire a car, speak to the guy in the lobby, he was excellent, reasonably priced and gave loads of info regarding best places to park etc.

The area itself was quiet, there are a few tavernas and bars about 20 mins walk away, we didn't eat out as the food didn't look as good as the hotel.

We didn't go on the beach, the weather wasn't really good enough, however this didn't matter as the pools were excellent. The swim up bar at the infinity pool was great.

Overall a fantastic holiday, only thing that could be improved was the entertainment, they tried their very best but they were mediocre compare to the holiday village we went to the previous year.

Just had an amazing week with my 13yr old daughter at this hotel. Situated right on the beach in a cove on the East side of Rhodes Island. The staff are so friendly and helpful at all times. Your bags are taken to your room and collected for you when checking out. There are bars in easy reach all around the small resort including a swim up bar. Plenty of pools to cool off in during the heat of the day.
The one thing that spoilt the trip was the travel company. If you just want to lay by the pool or beach stuffing your face with endless food, drink and ice cream while the kids play safely oblivious of the failing local economy due to the big tourism company exploiting everyone around then this is the place to book.
However if you enjoy a bit of culture and like to get out and about into the local community, even supporting then avoid booking through Thompson, Tui, Thomas Cook or any other part of the group.
Everything they do is about obtaining your hard earned cash, upselling private airport transfers that would be cheaper if you got a taxi from the airport. Along with other upselling extras.
The all inclusive deal is NOT the good value that you think it might be.

Visit the island but avoid the big rip off tour company

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences about your recent stay with us, we appreciate your feedback and it is great to hear that you found the staff friendly and you liked our swimming pools. We do, of course, welcome all reviews and feedback from our customers, however, although we work extremely closely with the tour operator, we ask that reviews specifically on our page are for the services and facilities of the hotel itself only. This how the hotel can gather concrete feedback.

Thank you and best regards,

Just back from a weeks holiday with my family. Great holiday and excellent hotel. Food even though all inclusive was always hot and fresh and always a decent selection. Staff were brilliant and we upgraded to a swim up room which was a winner with the boys as they were in the pool at 11.30 pm whilst we had a chill on the balcony. Would definitely return.
