We attended our cousins wedding here. The food and catering were great. Tasty and efficient. The location is fantastic and the terrace at the back is great sun trap. They even have a TV and some colouring for the kids! The staff were also friendly and helpful even to those with only pigeon Italian.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were very clean, quiet and big. The bathroom was the same. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful clean pool and serve a light lunch next to the pool. The breakfast was typically Italian sweet and accompanied by fresh fruit and on request an egg. Great stay here.

In the old days I Girasoli sometimes hosted 4 weddings in a weekend, the whole infrastructure was based on this business including an ugly hall stretching square on the premises. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is included and also of good standard. The personnel very helpful and material on the neighborhood is available (maps, folders, books). Despite no dinner possibilities (but limited lunch card) the manager in charge Marco is willing to prepare a table to consume brought foodstuffs and offering local wine. After 22.00 hr the old farm is left over to its renters which gives a nice responsible feeling. Unfortunately this openness vice versa can lead to impertinence by the personnel, through which al of a sudden is crowded with local (friends) who like different music than the guests, shouting from existing speakers on the grounds (happened one day out of the 3 we stayed here). In all we are happy I Girasoli found back the roots of its existence away from the crowded coastline this is (without locals swimming) an oasis of quietness.

Room Tip: Take a room on the swimming pool side for the view

Lovely country estate with several rooms located amidst the rolling hills of Emilia Romagna. Close enough to the coast to make it accessible but without being into the ghastly Adriatic seaside resorts atmosphere. Part of a larger chain so you actually get the best of both worlds. Large and accommodating rooms decorated with charm in a lush garden with pool and tennis. Perfect place to relax and tour the region.
Friendly & helpful staff. Only set back the only work on a BB basis but than you’re in Italy where finding a place to eat is not really a problem!
