Dreadful band rehashing old reggae songs . Sound so loud could barely understand words. Unfriendly place toilets disgusting. Not good for dancing just good for jogging on the spot

The place is quite dirty inside and doesn't have a particularly good range of beers (the ales didn't taste very well-kept). Sitting in the large beer garden outside during the day was pleasant but there are so many nicer pubs nearby.

Visited the Arrow for its convenient location and outlook from beer garden. My larger was fair - standard stuff, but my wife's glass still had the previous drinkers lipstick on it. Had at best an ambivalent response from the bar maid who tipped the drink into another glass with no apology. Sorry and a new drink would not break the bank particularly during a quiet period.

We have been using the pub of and on for a while now and must say how relaxing it is when they play smooth and Magic FM late on a sunny Sunday afternoon. They also do a child friendly cavery which is worth a try and not overly expensive

The place was packed . Not enough interested staff working. We managed to get a seat after a while so we stayed for a couple of drinks and people watched . We sampled the hog roast from behind the pub opposite Rochester Castle. No food to try in the pub today ! Too many children wandering around causing hazards. There was a constant massive queue to the ladies as it serves this venue and the Jolly Knight P. H.More thought required as it seemed very little planning for the Annual Dickens Event had taken place.
