I've been here off and on since I was 10 years old...rarely can you return to a place that is as charming, quiet, fantastic views, swimming, and a wonderful town nearby with art, bike trails, wineries and friendly people.

Room Tip: We stayed in a cabana with cots, benches, fridge and electricity...like camping without weather, bugs, and prep time.

We started going there in 2016 to join our sons and their families whom have been going for 10 years. While tenting isn't for us, we stayed in the rustic motel units. While the families stayed in trailers. One son owns his trailer, the other rents from a local company who sets it up and takes it away. They also have cabana's. The washrooms are clean and have lots of hot water. I have never used the laundry facility but our kids do and never complained about it. The lake is great for all. You can walk a long way out before it gets deep. Perfect for little ones. They have a park on site and one next door. There is a cabana with a hot tub. BBQs for the motel guests. They plan out activities such as sandcastle competition, candy day and twice a week a lady comes with her Amazing baking. A nice walk to the local ice cream shop is always a great way to spend the evening. Our kids love it's close to wineries and orchards.

Room Tip: It's first come for previous guests.

We tent camped here for a week over the summer holidays this year. The stand is compact and there's no real separation between stands. But the grass is green and lush and the washrooms clean and well maintained. The sites have water and electricity and, since they are on the town water system, the taps by the sites have potable water. The showers cost a dollar for 5min - easy to use and a life saver after a sundrenched day in the water.

The staff are universally friendly and helpful and it's a very easy going site with kids playing and biking all over.

The beach is nice with sand and grass verges to cater for all preferences. There are chalets you can rent in addition to the RV and renting stands in the resort. This summer the water in the lake was pleasant to play in and the kids spent hours on their floaties.

We have been coming to this resort since 1982, first as a young family, then as an "empty-nester" couple and this year as grandparents with grandchildren along. This resort is very family friendly. We camped with a trailer and our son and his family used the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, dong everything possible for our comfort and satisfaction. The common washrooms were very clean. The lake is shallow a long ways out, so perfect for little kids. Motor boats and seadoos are not allowed on the lake so it's quiet. Good for windsurfing, canoeing.

We go camping every year, and this year we decided to try something new. We heard about this campsite from some of our friends who have been going to this campsite for the past 5 years, so we have decided to try it out.
The office staff has been very kind to us. When we first got there, they told us that check-in was at 2 o'clock, but we have arrived earlier. They first said that we have to wait, but after some more time, they let us in, even before 2 o'clock.
The resort has a few camping spots available, and some rooms available for rent, so it doesn't matter if you don't like camping, there are rooms available.
The lake is super close, a 1-minute walk from our campsite, and is not very hot, nor is it too cold. There are fish in the lake, but not to worry because, during the day, they're on the opposite side of the lake.
The resort is in Oliver, in between Penticton, which is North, and Osoyoos, which is South, which means that there are a lot of places to visit in the 3 cities. We could usually go to Penticton as it is bigger than Osoyoos and has more stuff to do.
