I usually hate going to soft play, especially during school holidays.
However, I quite enjoyed my day there. It was indeed during school holiday, summer holidays, actually and I reckon most people were in Spain ;-)
It was not very packed. The children had lots of fun. There did seem to be a lack of staff and they seemed stressed. The staff were not exactly friendly, maybe due to the lack of them, thus causing pressure.
The other downside was that parents do not look after their children. I don't think the staff are there to babysit, you should supervise your own children. I saw some poor kid being harassed by some other kid and the sad thing was their parents were friends and did not even see what was happening.
Food was good.
Oh yes, big big downside- there is not enough parking.
