Ripley's Creek Inn is at the end of the ROAD!!!!!!! in Stewart .BC.In July this quiet community bursts at the seams as 100s of tourists flock to watch the bears feast on salmon. The best spot for that event is in Hyder, Alaska just minutes up the road from stewart. The scenery is gorgeous any time of the year. we especially in enjoyed Stewart this May. The drive in is awesome. Waterfalls, glaciers, bears, and eagles are everywhere. We enjoyed our huge suite in Ripley's Inn. We loved our hot/cold breakfast and basic dinner at King Eddie's.Lunch was great at the charmingly delicious bakery. The Visitor's Center was helpful. On our Estuary Boardwalks we met friendly locals and learned alot about this former bustling mining town.
