If you wanst the best place in Canoa Quebrada, this is the place!
The localization is not the best, but the rest conpensates. The breakfast was awesome!

I knew as soon as we checked in that this place was going to be good. After leaving reception we walked past the beautiful pool area with a fantastic live band that created the perfect atmosphere. The rooms were big and nice. It's a little away from the busy Broadway street and a short walk from the beach which made it easier to relax.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. If you do not speak portuguese then you will struggle as none of the staff spoke any other languages. The rooms are great but a bit dark. Too many low wattage bulbs. The bathroom and shower good. The pool area very nice and they make some great caipirinhas. Braekfast could be improved.

Room Tip: If you can get a room overlooking the pool much beter. Garden view rooms are very good too. The pool area is great and the pizza's are great. They make good caipirinhas.

The Long Beach is a lovely pousada-style hotel in Canoa Quebrada. It has a rustic charm, but modern amenities. The restaurant is good, the wifi signal is powerful. The rooms are in split-level cabanas, so there is a lot of privacy. The rooms are pretty basic, nothing fancy, in keeping with the rustic theme. Two large swimming pools are lovely. Staff is well-trained. The hotel itself is about two blocks away from the beach.

The minuses are minor - the breakfast opens too late, at 7:30 am. So by that time, several guests are sitting around waiting for them to open the doors. They should open the breakfast at 6:30 or 7:00 am to meet the needs of the guests.

The other negative is more about Canoa Quebrada than the hotel itself. The town is a few hours from Fortaleza, so you really have to want to go there. But once you get there it's not all that great. The beach is deserted and very windy. The town center, "Broadway", is just t-shirt shops and bad restaurants. For an area sold as a world-class tourist destination, it's just average.
