We decided to go back to this hotel, bringing along with us a group of friends: it lies in a perfectly quiet location amidts the wood, on the sides of a hill, close to the small town of Hermagor, 30 minutes from the skiruns in Nassfeld-Pramollo. Typical Austrian country atmosphere, wood and candlelight, warm inside also thanks to the kindness of the owners, who surrounded us with any kind of attention. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, ask for those on the 3rd floor, looking to the valley. The half pension includes a very rich buffet breakfast, with home made jams and applejuice, ham, cheese, vegetables, fresh fruit, fruit salad, different kinds of bread; in the afternoon, at 4 pm, there's always a sort of little brunch with more than one choice (only one day there was an aspic - in addition to some cakes - as only choice ); the evening menu includes an appetizer, the soup of the day, one of 3 main courses you can choose from every morning, dessert, salad buffet. Everybody of the hotel personnel was incredibly nice and kind. Apart from one young waitress, who unfortunately seemed not to understand any language at all, not even German; we had to repeat each question several times ( in German), and she had almost no reaction and was very awkward in her activities.
We also enjoyed the "Sauna area", clean, relaxing, with different teas available....We decided to go back to this hotel, bringing along with us a group of friends: it lies in a perfectly quiet location amidts the wood, on the sides of a hill, close to the small town of Hermagor, 30 minutes from the skiruns in Nassfeld-Pramollo. We also enjoyed the "Sauna area", clean, relaxing, with different teas available. If we should give some suggestions, we have only two (apart from the waitress.. ): improve the capability to speak English ( and Italian could help ) and add to the TV channels also some Italian channel. For the rest, everything was wonderful,More
