I booked 5 rooms for my friends to visit Belgium and the owner Philip was very helpful and friendly to help me find the right match. I asked feedback from all my friends who stayed and they all really enjoyed the hotel. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, cozy environment, really close to a nice forest to have a walk, conveniently located also. The only issue is that without a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get to.

Room Tip: There are some rooms with balcony and the outside rooms with small patio are also very nice.

We stayed for 3 nights while taking in the centennial commemorations at passendale and the mening gate
Lovely modern clean hotel
Breakfast buffet was very good and nothing too much bother
Quiet but convenient location for taking in the area
A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance

Stayed for one night for a short visit to friends who guided us around in the area. When entering, there was nobody to welcome us, and we waited, pressed the bell, and waited. After a while we saw some envelopes at the back of the desk, so we opened them and there was a letter saying that we had to 'self check-in'. Too bad it wasn't mentioned before. That said, the hotel rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very good with a lot of choices and the location is convenient for a visit to some highlights in the area.

Roeselare is a busy city (I know, I once lived there long ago). This hotel is also busy, and rightfully so. A no-nonsense hotel, clean and spacious rooms, cleaned spotless on a daily basis, a verrry nice breakfast buffet ( included in the room price), spacious bathroom, and super-friendly manager and staff :-). Plus, good pricing.

You have an excellent brasserie/restaurant right across the street for dinner. ("Mango Cafe").

This is a business hotel, not a luxury one. But a very good one.

Tip: About 300 meters down the street, you have the " Rumbeke Castle Domain", open to the public, with also a few terraces, restaurants, and about the only +/- decent green space in a 4-kilometer radius. Ideal for morning jogging (...I am told).

Room Tip: There are three rooms in the backyard of the hotel, very quiet ( room numbers 19, 20 and ....)

Visiting relations every year , we stay in this hotel. It has now new owners who look after you very well . The rooms are very spotless and well aired. Although the area has got busier over the years with traffic . It gets quiet after rush hour, but bedrooms on the left and back are quieter if an issue.
Breakfast is very good and offers of freshly cooked eggs is welcome. Local cafe serves excellent evening food

Room Tip: All rooms similar but quieter at back or on the left looking from front
