Stayed at this charming spot for four nights in September. Large, exceptionally clean rooms, with a delightful host. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable to eat outside. Beautiful location in a very quaint town. Great location to use a s a travel base.
Would definitely go back.

Part of the two-storied block that houses a cafe and restaurants facing a long pond lined with trees . Not all the rooms are accessed from within the inn proper ( where the reception is ) as we had to get to our room through a separate entrance from the inn. Our room was very spacious and there was a mini fridge in one of the alcoves. We were puzzled by what looked like a safe deposit box within the mini fridge since there was one in the wardrobe. Go figure! The room faced the back garden so it was peaceful and quiet and there was an air conditioner but we didn't really need it. Wi-fi was a bit spotty though. Comfortable and I might add even a little bit rustic ( but that's part of its charm). Pleasant immediate environs ( especially sitting outside by the pond ) A few words of French helpful in communicating with the friendly owners who speak little English.

If you want to know Provence, Cucuron is the right village.
Logis de l'Etang has the best localization among Cucuron, the rooms are very clean, roomy, airy, the owners are a couple very , very , very "simpa" and they can help you in any thing you want.
In the back there is a yard where you can relax, take your breakfast or make a picnic.
PS the breakfast is fresh with fruits from the villages around

Live the dream..if you have watched the film A Good Year then a visit to the charming village of Cucuron and the equally charming Hotel l'Etang will be a rewarding experience. Martine & Alain welcome you like old friends & we were lucky to get the large family room as it was the only one available. It has traditional charm & is clean, tidy & in a perfect setting. There is private parking at the rear, a small garden which needs some work but somehow all this adds to the homely charm the owners provide.

small and special little hotel right by the bassin in the center of Cucuron.
simple but well done rooms with nice bathrooms and a/c and heating. Alain and Martine are kind hosts. unfortunately very little english but reservations can be done by e and seem to work.

good breakfast with fresh breads etc 4 rests. 5 minutes away and a perfect base to explore the Luberon and all it has to offer. market on tuesday. Parking in rear.

enjoy

Room tip: rooms in front with view over bassin and the rustle of the trees and the early morning conversation as the village starts its day. not noisy either in back or front
