I almost preferred it to Mykonos Town as it was more genuine and less touristy. The rest of my family did not as it is not as colourful and some parts look a little more tatty. To be expected as the number of tourists is a fraction of that found in Mykonos. We had a great lunch down by the quay side with a cool breeze blowing but by the evening when we went down to the same area for dinner it was much cooler. Half way through the meal we had to ask to move tables away from the front of the restaurant.

The town has a main shopping alley where You can find typical tourist shops. Some really nice restaurants is in these quarters as well.

Old town with narrow streets, shops, cafes, restaurants. Nice to see at dawn, beautiful view of the sea. Visit takes 2-3 hours

The shopping was outstanding with all the store owners extremely friendly and helpful. English was widely spoken. The only thing to be aware of now is they much prefer cash instead of credit cards.
