Thank you Cristina and Francesca for hosting us for my niece's wedding in September.
The weather (other than the small short cloud shower on wedding day) was nice and warm during mid-September. The food the family catered for the reception was phenominal. The Villa can accommodate a good size group. There are rooms on each of the three floors. The Villa is set off and private surrounded by olive trees. Yet you can walk downhill than uphill a bit to town fot store and restaurants and ATM in village. Town is very quiet during day and retail has limited hours. Villa was great getting us connected with transportation options. Owner conducted a cooking lesson for guests. Arranged getting us with a driver to go to wineries. Facility is in excellent condition and very well groomed. Pool is down a slight slope and it has a waterfall and gazebo with lighting at night and rest room there, We absolutely loved it there and everyone who stayed there keep talking about how it was a memorable lifeftime visit, We may be going back as we loved it so much even without a wedding! Take a serious look at the Villa you will be glad you did.

Simply wonderfull. Thanks a lot for tremendous hosts!

House is big and fits twenty people without problems. Kitchen has professionnal equipment. Garden is splendid.

Catering in very nice with Italian classics. Ask for cooking lessons.

We loved our stay at the Villa Teresa. We had 24 members of our family there and it was the perfect location for us to enjoy the Tuscany area. The family that runs the villa was fantastic and could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa for anyone who wants to enjoy the Italian countryside.

We booked the villa for a 20 year re-union of old work mates. It was everything we expected it to be. What a great location, impressive building and lovely family to deal with. A very private location. Laying by the pool, there are no other buildings in view, perfectly secluded. The local village is a short walk, locals friendly and welcoming. Shop has everything you need. Also great ice creams and coffee available as you would expect. We also had an excellent and very reasonably priced meal in town on the recommendation of the villa. Using the villa as a base, we were able to visit Rome and Venice each within 3 hours drive and Sienna in just about 1 hour. Florence we went to by train, on local recommendation.

We had a buffet on arrival to the villa, first night. There was enough left over for the second day! We had a more formal served meal a couple of nights later. Again, excellent, but same story - more than enough and plenty left for the next night.

Can't fault the place and would highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Only one room with a bath. We bagged it first. Our room was popular with the others!

I can't say enough nice remarks about Villa Teresa, and our stay there. We had 19 people, 4 families, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It is located very centrally to experience Tuscany and the surrounding area. On the hot August days, we would end our days in the infinity pool, soaking up the Tuscan sunsets, with the nearby 16th century church serenading us. It was magical!!!!!
Francesca and her family were the ultimate hosts, and all of our prepared dinners were incredible and the perfect taste of Tuscany. Most memorable.
