Relaxed but attentive service from friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Never felt crowded, plenty of sun loungers (in or out of the shade) at all times of the day.
Extensive buffet breakfast and dinner kept adults and children well fed for three days, but may feel a little repetitive if we stayed longer.
Drinks prices are what you would expect in any 5 star hotel, but the cost of mineral water was extortionate (the local supermarket over the bridge does a roaring trade in water). I would have thought a hotel of this calibre could have provided complimentary drinking water.
Rooms are spacious and spotless, the beds comfortable with a pillow menu available. Powerful showers and deep baths added to the experience. Reasonably sized terrace with a view over the pool, which I think most of the rooms have.
