We stayed for 5 nights - the staff was more than helpful with everything - from arranging transportation from Naples to answering all of our many questions. Although the hotel is located outside of the core of Sorrento - the shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to get in and out of the city. The only recommendation, would to have more times as the times were a bit inconvenient - more options would be nice. The Infinity pool was the highlight of the hotel. It is obvious that the hotel has done extensive renovations to the outside area where the pool is. But that is where the renovations stop. The rooms were clean - but dated and the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We did not have a sea view - it would be worth the $ to book as he view is spectacular! This is not the hotel for you if you have children or teens as there is not alot for them to do and the guests are older. If they want to attract a wider age range, they do need to modernize the rooms to match the wonderful work they have done on the pool area. The local town (Sant'Agata) is a 15 minute walk and has some good, reasonably priced dinner options. But - I recommend taking a taxi back (taxi stand located by the gas station) as the road is windy and dark and not safe once dark. Breakfast was a typical buffet and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The coffee was delicious.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view. You will not be disappointed!

Of my six night stay there were 3 weddings and a birthday party making it a noisy and unwelcoming stay. The hotel is tired with poor a/c. If you are not part of a wedding party and looking for a peaceful time forget coming here! Extremely disappointing and definitely not 4 star.

This is definitely worthy of 4 star rating and had breathtaking views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. A sea view room is a must and it’s worth paying the extra money. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners are really efficient. Whilst the hotel was busy there was never a time were we were not able to get a sun bed even if it was on the grassy area.
We had half board and ate in the restaurant apart from two occasions when we went out. The food was incredible and the best i have tasted even being a vegetarian they would always cater for anything you wanted. The breakfast is also very good.
A mention to Alfonso who makes wonderful cocktails and is so friendly always acknowledging the guests and making sure your stay is perfect. Orrella on reception could not be more helpful and always smiling and an important part of the hotel welcome.
All in all a fantastic tranquil place with a shuttle bus to Sorrento free of charge at certain times of day which is useful if you want entertainment. The hotel can be very quiet in the evening unless you go out.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and return.

My husband, two daughters (early 20s) and myself came to Sorrento for a week away. We had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble and they are all extremely friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area is super, the infinity pool is beautiful.
The shuttle bus is good and essential to go into Sorrento as you are 20 mins away in the peaceful hills overlooking the town. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Just returned from a 9night stay at this hotel. Absolutely outstanding views, amazing staff that were very helpful with every question and request. The hotel was in a lovely quiet village and offered a free shuttle bus service to Sorrento that was extremely convenient.
Definitely pay extra and get a sea view room, the views are absolutely outstanding! The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of cakes and pastries although I think a bigger variety should have been provided for the breakfast overall.
The hotel did not have a gym which was slightly inconvenient.
Other than that the hotel was amazing, will definitely stay here again!
Thank you to Ornella, Monica and all of the staff for all of the help and great service!
