Well, we stay usually for two or three weeks per year at Fattoria Il Colle and of course we have dinner in Donatella's Osteria which ist not a typical Osteria. It is a excellent restaurant which focus on local food. It is a slow food restaurant also. Roberta, Chef de Cuisine, does a wonderful job. She is very creative and designs new dishes based on traditional recipies from Val d' Orcia and the surrounding.
Nicola, the Maitre, and the team are doing a wonderful job also.
My wife had some intolerances regarding milk products and histamin. The team checked a details and adapted the food perfectly. Thank you!
Of cource, the wines from Il Colle and Il Casato match pwrfectly to the food. Hope we are able to come back next year!
