Very homely caravan on quiet site. Owners went out of their way to make holiday enjoyable, our daughter was over the moon with her very own letter from them. She also loved looking in the kids cupboard and playing with stuff inside. (There's also a doggy cupboard ). We found the info about where the dog was welcome very useful (especially for going out for dinner). On arrival we found tea, coffee & biscuits (even for the dog!) & can't thank the owners enough for their thoughtfulness. All of this & such a bargain price too ☺. Would recommend & book again.
From first booking, the owner was extremely helpful. She made lots of extra effort so we could plan our holiday and enjoy ourselves, like a letter to my children telling them about local attractions and fun things to do. She also sent a list of hospital, vets, best places to eat and details about the beaches. When we arrived we found biscuits (for the kids and the dog!),tea and coffee facilities and a cupboard of toys, puzzles and books which entertained the kids whilst I unpacked the car. A folder of instructions was provided for using the fireplace, set up the pull-out bed, changing the gas, etc). The caravan was very clean and nicely decorated with seaside nic-nacs. The beds were comfy with pillows and duvets provided. The location was perfect. A 10min walk to heacham beach which is very pebbly but we enjoyed collecting shells and pebbles and our dog loved long runs along the beach. Hunstanton was our favourite beach and we spent a few lovely days sunbathing, building sandcastles, visiting the funfair and eating plenty of ice creams and fish n chips. Sandringham, Norfolk lavender and Castle Rising were also fun trips out and less than 20mins by car. Finally, the price of the caravan was extremely low for a week in August and meant (as a single mum to 4 children)we could afford a summer holiday as well as treats and trips out whilst we were there. I highly recommend this caravan holiday (and a big thank you to the lovely owners).
