We are there twice on our trip. Both times were great.
A little pricy - but a great value when you experience the service and quality. We will be back.

We are big steak and potatoes fans. My mom took me for my 30th birthday to PR, and we came to BLT for dinner one night. The food was great! They had a pre-fix menu for 55 which had an app, 6oz filet, truffle mac and cheese (omg yum!) and dessert. On top of that we had a bottle of Justin Cab half off...it was great.

We are from Connecticut in the states and visit NYC a lot we have been to a lot of steak houses and with good customer service. Joel was amazing. The food was to be as expected, it's a great restaurant and we left pleased but service can make or break a place. Joel is truly an asset to this place be sure to ask for him. He wrote down places to visit, was so personable and sweet. It was just the icing on the cake. Whatever you do ask for Joel, his service plus the chiefs delish meal with leave you wanting more!

Thanks for everything!

I went to school in White Plains and always passed this restaurant on my way home so you can imagine how delighted I was when I discovered that there was a location at the Ritz Carlton in San Juan. The food here was excellent and their twist on mofongo was also a delight. The service was also great since our waiter was extremely friendly. Overall, this restaurant added to our vacation and I will definitely visit again.

Stayed at the Ritz Carlton for our honeymoon in Puerto Rico. The first day we made reservations at BLT. No problem with reservations. Staff was friendly and attentive. Wine and champagne on half off special. Did the 3 course pre fixed dinner for $55/person. Everything was great. The salads, potatoes, truffle mac and cheese and the 6oz filet. Plenty of food at a reasonable price. Staff took extra time to prepare a special honeymoon dessert. All in all a great dinner at a reasonable price. Would recommend and would definitely go back. Not sure of parking for guests at the hotel.

We are a fan of the BLT steak in NYC so thought a trip to the BLT in Puerto Rico would be an expected treat. Unfortunately, we left disappointed at the mediocre dinner.

Restaurant is located inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Carolina, about 5 minutes from San Juan Airport.

Although it was about 8 o'lock on a Thursday night, restaurant was only about 50% full.

My girlfriend ordered the Wagyu skirt steak medium-well which arrived overcooked and tough. On the flip side, my sirloin also ordered medium well, arrived medium. Not big on sending food back so we both ate it as is

Their famous Popovers, which are normally hot and flaky were anything but. The first batch came out hot with the first bite and luke-warm with the second bite and cold with the third. After asking for new Popovers, these were hot, but way too crunchy....so they were either overcooked or sitting in a warmer for too long.

Nevertheless the inconsistent Popovers and the steak temperature being improper is inexcusable......especially in a high end pricey steak house. Not sure if the chef or kitchen manager was having an "off night" but Popovers and overcooked Wagyu steak in that condition should never have left the kitchen!

Interestingly enough, we had gone to the BLT Steak in Las Vegas in the Spring and had a similarly disappointing meal.

Can probably get much better steak meal in San Juan without cabbing it to the Ritz Carlton.
