Yes, it is far away from Delhi. Yes, you may find it very difficult to reach here without your own transport, but once you do get here, it is worth the pain. Cars and buses from different eras are visible. There is even the famous Pakistani art visible on trucks on the inside. Not to be left behind, the railways also has some amount of representation. As a car enthusiast, I truly enjoyed the experience. Top it off with some great evening snacks from the dhaba just outside this museum.

Stopped here on our way from Delhi to Jaipur as part of our tour itinerary. Not only was it very interesting, it was also very very cleaver. It is a private collection and contains items from early rickshaws, sedan chairs and trishaws to some of the huge old American cars. Well worth a visit if you can fit it in

We had accidentally reached here and we were grateful that we did. This place has an amazing collection of vehicles and is very well maintained. They offer a self guided tour which takes you through the story with every single vehicle. This is located slightly distant from the main city and thus is great for a small escapade.

Visited the museum on route from Delhi to Jaipur. What an amazing collection, privately owned and accumulated over many years. I could have spent half a day there, so much to see and so well presented. Our guide was clearly very proud to be part of it and his enthusiasm was infectious. The food in the cafe was good and reasonably priced too. Make the time to go and visit.
