Great location for a beach holiday, easy driving distance to local attractions and tourist sites. The beach was lovely. On calmer days there were plenty of fish to be seen while snorkelling. Pedalos and Jetskis available for hire on the beach. Kids entertainment is laid on in the evening after dinner, but in Italian, which might inhibit shy and non-Italian speaking children from joining in. The entertainment troop were a nice bunch. The food was lovely, and was (I understand) distinctively local.

We (lazily) didn't try to learn any Italian, but we still got on ok in this hotel, e.g. the menu was presented in English and most of our requests to staff were understood. We heard (almost) no other english voices during our stay, which didn't bother us at all.

Note: Your nearest supermarket is not round the corner you need to drive to Monopoli. Similar story re local restaurants and bars, there's nothing close, you're looking at a walk over 1 kilometre.

Room Tip: Entertainment outdoors starts after dinner, continues late. If you want to go to sleep early, ask in advance for a quiet room.

I stayed in this hotel for a week within a group booking of a dance trip. The hotel is very close to the beach with its own deck chairs which are assigned to each room. There is no need to reserve or search for deck chairs which I personally found a relaxing experience. The breakfast and meal times are a bit short and start at end at odd times but the staff showed some flexibility here. Evening and lunch meals have to be preordered a day in advance from a small selection. There is no buffet and the meals are prepared freshly for each individual. I enjoyed this refreshing change not to have overcooked food from a buffet. And the food was very good! Also the offer in the bar restaurant at the beach was great. On Fridays the hotel offers a typical Apulian Night with local food from the grill and fresh cheeses!
The rooms are simple, with simple lining and towels, but fluffy towels can be booked on request. All rooms are air conditioned.
Small minus: if you are not traveling with kids, the afternoon and evening hotel animation does annoy a bit because of the music volume. And it is only in Italian. Since the hotel is not located any city center you either participate or you are lucky to have a car and go somewhere else.
Super Plus: The hotel staff was extremely well prepared to take care of me as a gluten into reliant person. I received Glutenfree biscuits, sweets or rolls each morning for breakfast and each meal was prepared for me without gluten. On the Apulian Night the staff kept special plates with the same but gluten free food for me under the counter. Simply amazing how well they were attentive. I wasn't missing out on anything!

This was our second stay at the Hotel, and once again it proved a perfect choice. Both times have been off-season stays, during midterm break when I needed a quiet place to grade exams and do research, while my husband is off visiting clients in the area. The service is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was generous and fresh, and the seaviews from our table every morning provided a great way to start the day. Even though the restaurant was not yet open for lunch and dinner, they arranged a cold lunch platter for me each day I was there. We have stayed both in the main hotel, and this time in a bungalow. This was a great choice, with plenty of privacy. The hotel is nicely situated, not far from the towns of Savelletri and Monopoli, with simple rooms, free wife, beautiful landscaping, very friendly service and good prices. We look forward to returning in June!

Room Tip: For families, the bungalows are ideal but sell out early.

Well located resort right on the beach. Only 18 rooms (we had Bungaow 2) and the views/beach access couldn't have been closer. We traveled with another family that spoke Italian, it was easy to navigate and close to Polignano, Ostuni, and all the major sites in this part of Apugila.

We are a couple who wanted to spend a romantic night at the beach before flying back from Bari to Milan. Since we decided to spend the day at the beach it was the only hotel at the beach. Already our request to stay only one night was received by the reception management as not really worth it... the staff was not very friendly. And the quality/price aspect totally unacceptable. We were given a very small room on the third floor. The room was so small that we couldn't move around the bed without moving the chair. The view from the balcony was on the car parking in the back of the hotel. We also had to pay for umbrella/chairs at the beach. Breakfast is until 10'00h only but when we arrived at 09.50h most of the food was not available anymore Breakfast is self service including coffee .. you feel better treated at McDonald than at the breakfast at this hotel.
We were asking for 12.00h checkout instead of 10.00. Also this request was denied. And this should be a 4 star hotel. I would rate it maximum 3 star (but this is already very stretched). Never again!

Room Tip: Have a look at the room before accepting check-in; there are rooms which are ok but then there are other rooms (e.g. 305) which are so small that you cannot move around the bed without moving the chairs first.
