My husband and some friends recently stayed here as part of a trip to Sicily. The owners are amazing, and the breakfast each morning was so very good. ( We also love Frida, their dog)
The whole place is very clean and welcoming. The area was off season, so it was quiet. The beach is steps away. There are places to eat within walking distance.
I must say, finding the place is not for the faint of heart! We got lost 2 times, and the first time, the owner came and got us. Then, they lent us the GPS! So nice of them, ( and needed!) Overall, a wonderful visit.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days at the end of September.

The room is small, with bed, television, and wardrobe. Since it was raining for the first few days it would have been nice to have a bit more space or somewhere else to 'chill out'. The reception area is the only place. The bathroom is private+spacious but unfortunately not an ensuite- so we had to walk across the hall always to go to the bathroom.

In the next B+B we stayed in, in Sicily, we really appreciated facilities such as fridge, kettle (to make tea), full-length mirror, ensuite and lots of space in bedroom -all things we really missed at Ansise.

Location of B+B is ideal. Short walk from sea and beach. Right next door is a great little shop too.

Lido DI Noto is very quiet in September. Only two restaurants/cafes open about a 10 min walk away. Beach is nice as far as beaches go on this coast but during the Summer it seems that you will be charged (€13.50 per day) for certain sections of the beach also for umbrella, bed etc.

We definitely needed our rental car.

The hosts are very accommodating.

Breakfast served -fruit/pastry/bisuits, juice and one coffee of choice. The last day we were able to eat on the terrace which was very nice.

I and my wife spent 10 days in Villa Ansise, Lido di Noto, from 25 June to 5 July 2011.
It is a very nice place, very nice villa and very nice accomodation. We enjoyed very much the sandy beaches around mornings, and we visited very nice towns Noto, Sirakusa, Ragusa, Modicca evenings. Breakfast was delicious in beautiful garten with various fresh fruits, cakes and good coffee. The owners are very friendly, they made our stay there pleasant and comfortable. The Trattoria-s (restaurants) every where serve delicious food, especially fresh fish with reasonable price, and the wine was excellent and rather cheap.
We will go again and we recommend others to visit this place. To enjoy better the culture around you have to rent a car.

we happened on B&B Ansise by accident, stopping in unannounced on a saturday evening. we wanted to stay outside Noto and near the beach and Ansise was ideal. it was one of our favorite places to stay of the 10 small hotels we stayed at while in sorrento / sicily. room was pleasant, scrupulously clean, and quiet (except for neighborhood dogs in morning). don't let language be a barrier to staying here! we speak absolutely no italian, but regardless, our hosts proved delightful. breakfast was lovely and we appreciated being brought melon when we were enjoying the lovely gardens for our 'happy hour' the evening that we arrived. very good value-for-money. would definitely stay here again.
the town of Noto is also not to be missed. we very much enjoyed our tour of it the following morning before heading on to syracuse.
this is a hotel i don't think i would have found on 'booking.com' but i'll want others to know about it through 'trip advisor', since i look here to find reviews as well.
