We have been there two times for dinner.
Very good food, fresh and well served.
We have ordered first the seafood paella, let me articulate it was amazing! And the second time seafood plate! Great! Very fresh and tasty. The location isn’t one of the best in town! The service quite weird, only one waiter, it was very efficient and kind actually. Frankly speaking at the first impact the restaurant doesn’t impress me so comfortably, but the food changed my mind, it surprises me, positively. It’s a very informal restaurant, probably family management, anyway if you are a gourmet it’s the right home to be.

Thank Mario C

Jools last came here 35 years ago, not a lot has changed except for a whitewash.... why change a winning formula?
Initially booked for 8pm, not sure why as everyone was still having a siesta, so left for a drink and came back at 9.15pm... still first ones but we had choice of table outside. By 10pm all tables full and only one server, he worked his butt off. But remember this is Ibiza, Spain, no rush. Funny in Toronto if you don't get an appetizer within 10 minutes start complaining, Spain is so relaxed, just enjoy the atmosphere.
Complimentary olives, sweet peppers and pate as a very large amuse bouche.
Garlic Prawns well cooked with large slices of Garlic, Melon with Serrano Ham excellent.
Lobster and Seafood Paella, whole lobster and tons of seafood, excellent presentation, rice cooked spot on, maybe a little salty.
Sangria Blanco, very quaffable, and definitely featuring a potent mix of spirits.
And rounded of by complimentary Homemade Limoncello and traditional Hierbas, bottles just left on the table.
All in all a very enjoyable dinner, just watching the world go past.
Don't miss it, slightly off the tourist trap.

This family run restaurant is always such a pleasure to visit. Consistently excellent food as well as excellent service in a relaxing atmosphere. We had supper there again last night (Patron Saint's Day Fiesta de San Bartolomé) and thoroughly enjoyed succulent deep fried baby squid (chipirones) and huge mussels in a fresh tomatoe sauce followed by fresh sole and kebabs of pork fillet. A tasty pâté was served gratis with the allioli, olives and cheeky chilli peppers - so we had no room sadly for postres. A bottle of Hierbas (the local liqueur) was left on our table after the meal, again without charge. Made by the restaurant it is in my opinion, one of the best on the island. Even though it was the busiest night at the height of the season we were never rushed and the final bill was excellent value for money. The owner and his two sons made us so very welcome (as with all of their clientele) and worked so very hard.

We had grilled fish. It was very good. A little expansive though. The service was excellent and friendly.
