A warm welcome on arrival accompanied by a brief outline of how Hotel works i.e breakfast etc.We were allocated our room quickly, we were on third floor serviced by a lift. Whilst the room seemed small it was actually perfect. Spotlessly clean but perhaps lacked a few things - no fridge to keep drinks cool, no welcome pack or info booklet about hotel or area, no glassses to have a drink. Whilst it sounds basic it had everything we needed. Our room actually had a large double and a single bed. A small balcony, air con and a very nice bathroom with a large powerful shower. Room was cleaned everyday and towels changed as necessary. As far as location is concerned it was literally 50 yards from the beach, out the door cross the road and you are at it. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful with advice. We booked bed and breakfast which was the same buffet fair everyday. Plenty of choice from cold to hot, cereal to scrambled eggs. A two minute walk and you are in the centre of town which is blessed with good quality shops and restaurants. The promenade is kept very clean and fronted by more restaurants and cafe's.The beach again is brushed clean with machinery every night or morning. The sand is quite gritty but perfectly clean. Be aware that the beach drops into the sea quite quickly. The walk along the coast is very worthwhile provided you can manage steps up and down. You will discover beautiful sheltered coves and more beaches. Back to the hotel, we found it very good value for money. It does have a small pool but with the beach so close we did not use it. A bar is open all day and snacks light lunches can be provided. Well worth a visit, we would use it again.

We had a lovely stay here. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and spoke good English to compensate for our lack of Spanish. The rooms and amply big enough, with comfortable beds and balocnies. They are thoroughly cleaned daily. Breakfast is a varied buffet with all you could wish for including my favourite Iberian ham.
Two minutes walk from the beach and five minutes walk from the main shops. Ample restaurants within ten minutes walk, or less.
This is a hotel we would wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely love this hotel it's small friendly and spotlessly clean friendly helpful staff
Really nice rooms bar area and pool
The only problem we incurred which was our own fault we found it difficult to change money only one bank would do it for us so my advice get your euros before you travel
Plenty of restaurants and lively food reasonably priced
The beach is a stone throw away as is the shopping centre
Would highly recommend this hotel it's a little gem

We had 5 nights B and B as we had never been to this resort before. Everyone in the Hotel was friendly and helpful. We had room 175 which overlooked the courtyard outside the breakfast room. There was free air con and a walk in shower. Towels were changed every day and the whole place was spotless. Bar prices are reasonable, 3.25 euros for a good glass of wine, it closes at midnight, which ensures a quiet night. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11.30, and the scrambled egg is the best we have had. There is a selection of cold meats and cheeses, yoghurt etc, something for everyone. There is small pool, but we mainly used the beach in the morning and could always find a seat there in the afternoon. The long beach is around the corner, there is a coastal path one end and a marina the other. Lots of beach bars with varying prices for snacks/drinks. Right turn out of the Hotel takes you to many restaurants, bars, and lots of shops for all budgets. If you stop to look at menus, nobody hassles you to eat there. The quality of the food was top notch, whether we ate in snack bars, pizza places or restaurants like the Grill almost next to the Hotel. The clientele in resort are mainly Catalan, Spanish and French, but where ever we went we were made to feel welcome and English was no problem. There is a large tourist office( next to McDonalds) and the bus stop is nearby if you want to get about. Palamos is the next resort - 20 mins on the bus, a lovely beach and town for a day out.
