We have stopped here for years when we end our day in Chetumal and start home to Mahahual. It is our place to stop and relax. Yes, it is rustic but it is the true Mexico. The owner and waiters are amazingly helpful. The fish dishes are ample and filling.!!we always have the shrimp cocktail and have never tried anything else sad to say. Others have whole fish and they look great but we love our own dish and always get the grande and share. Oh, don’t forget to feed the fish your extra crackers!

We had been told this was an excellent place for food though the location is quite rustic. We were disappointed, the food was average, not bad. The service was so-so. Won't return.
