Hotel was nice and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day.
Staff was very helpful and always with the smile on their face.
Location is very good. Large supermarketare just few steps away.there is a park to relax.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be coming back in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality

Good hotel very clean. But average service. No one to pick up your luggage on arrival and check out. Hotel staff on the reception doesnt speak English much. When you use the phone to call reception no one answers it.

Three days ago I stayed at The Double Tree Hilton in Van and the service was fantastic. The Urfa and Van Hilton cannot compare. Firstly the “ hot cookie “ they are known for, Van always had delicious hot cookies. This one I was told only had them at 5pm. On the night I arrived I was not given one but I saw them and they don’t compare. A small complaint but worth noting. Secondly I had the previous hotel call them and book for me because English is a problem, they gave them all my details and confirmed the price as per Agoda. When I arrived I was charged a different price which I did not agree with , I questioned it and was told “ to sit “ like you tell a dog to sit and do the booking again on Agoda. I did this even though I was exhausted from traveling by bus, the system then had a problem so they couldn’t retrieve it even though I was showing them the booking confirmation on my phone. I proceeded to complain to the night manager who spoke very little English. Again I was told to sit. My patience ended as a customer I felt I should be given a room while they sort out their problem. They wouldn’t even though I was offering to pay by card. Only when I said I was leaving did they take my card. This took over an hour by the time I was sorted out and walked next door to the big mall I couldn’t buy supper as the mall closed at 10pm. I was then tired and furious. Next morning I spoke to the manageress ( who had not been informed of the problem ) and she said she would get back to me, well I am still waiting. They seem to be only interested in the local, business clients and not tourists . They did give me a breakfast at no charge which was an excellent spread. The room was also good. So it comes down to atrocious service, poor English for an international brand and lack of communication. The location is very good for tourists as the fish pond, castle, Bazaar, museum and mall are in within walking distance

Hotel is located very near to city center and Urfa Citadele! Room is big and clean with a beautiful panorama to the city! Breakfast have a large variety of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, sweets, and much more!

Checked in at 11pm - with a receptionist that hardly spoke English. Went to the room to find out that it is a smoking room on a smoking floor. Called them from the room and they kept saying yes smoking yes smoking.. Otel full.. came down tries to explain- so the guy understands.. gave me another key to another room.. on the same floor.. didn't want I accept but he confirmed that this is a non smoking room for sure...... of course it was another smoking room but with a ton of air freshener.. been waiting for the duty manager for half an hour now.. he still didn't show up.. the irony is that they are now offering me a third room.. same floor.. can't get it. Where is the Hilton Management??????!!!!
