We stayed at this wonderful B&B for three nights. The home is situated on the cliffs of Mavillette. It is a beautifully decorated home that is very welcoming and homey. We stayed in the Sunrise Suite and it was spacious, immaculate and had a beautiful view. Carol, the owner is a gem. She prepared and served incredible breakfasts and made you feel as if you were family as soon as you met her. In the evening when you sat out on the deck she wrapped you up in cozy blankets to watch the sunset. There is a wonderful walking path (that Carol mows!) along the cliffs. You can take this path to reach the lighthouse.
This B&B is located about 30 minutes north of the Yarmouth Ferry and is centrally located to lots of attractions of the area.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Carol and her home are! Not to be missed.

Room tip: Sunrise Suite was perfect!

My wife and I were completing a 2,000 mile trip from Pennsylvania through the Atlantic Provinces of Canada and selected this hotel because it was near Yarmouth and the ferry. Once we started corresponding with Carol Fenstermaker, the innkeeper, we extended our stay to an additional night. This is simply one of the most dramatic locations for a B & B anywhere in the world. Built just 12 years ago, the home is fabulous. The pictures on the website do not begin to describe the quality of the home or its extraordinary location. Do not stay here just one night!

My husband and I just returned from 4 nights at this beautiful B&B. Carol is the most warm and wonderful host. We stayed in the Master Suite which is beautifully decorated and has sweeping views of the Bay of Fundy as well as access to the deck. Her breakfasts are culinary delights! Carol is also a great tour guide and recommended many fabulous sites to see and a restaurant we went to two days in a row because it was so good. Don't miss whale watching off of Brier Island too!

Wonderfully friendly host. Great views of the ocean from outdoors and from the large living room. Large property. Good traditional breakfast of French Toast. Great coffee.
Difficult 10 minute drive on dirt road to property - best done during the day. Road signage is good but be sure to look out for the B and B's signs

In this stunning home on an overlook of crashing waves lives the most beautiful soul.
Carol and her late husband Bill built their home with love and everywhere you look it shows. Breathtaking views from every window and a warm and loving atmosphere from the hug she greeted us with to the beautiful breakfast. Anyone planning to be in the area MUST ago there, the B&B is up for sale Carol wants to retire and I promise this is a B&B like no other.
