Description: P.F. Chang’s is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang’s chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang’s now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

I stopped here for dinner for something different. The food is a modern take and is not bad at all. In facts it is reasonable and the setting is fantastic. I found the dishes lacked a little variety with the Chang Spicy Chicken literally being chicken pieces on a plate with no greens.

The dynamite shrimp too was nice but have had better. Given the choices of restaurants in the area it was disappointing compared to the ones I had been to every night over the week.

Busy, busy place. Avoid it on weekends as the wait time often will be over an hour, and the front desk seems overwhelmed. Bar right at entrance, friendly and competent service, and excellent drinks. Seating is a little tight, but the food makes up for it. Timely prepared and served, flavorful and quite enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous service, 10 minute wait at 6:15 - awesome! Lettuce wraps are always a favorite. Our server, Logan, was spot on with our order and beverages and just knowing PF Chang’s menu options. Delicious cocktails, quiet corner table, a lovely family dinner.

Super close to Ikea in Centennial - like 3 minutes away. Lots of parking, near a huge mall, easy access to interstate.

We’re looking forward to returning soon!

Love the lettuce wraps. Always busy and great service. Just wish it wasn't so loud. Some people prefer loud "energy" places but I prefer to enjoy dinner with conversation. I;ll be back again but often order take out and eat at home. Did I mention the lettuce wraps? yum!

I will state the only positive for this visit was the ability to make reservations. We got there and checked in and was crazy busy but will were seated in less than 10 minutes with the reservation. Waitress seemed distracted by another table when we got there. May have been friends, unsure but kept chatting. Ordered an appetizer and drinks. Couple was sat down at the table beside us after about 10 minutes after we were. Ordered appetizers as well. At 20 minutes we still have no appetizer but the couple that came in after us has one brought to their table. Then 5 minutes later our meal is served. Question about the appetizer and get an “oh you didn’t get it yet?” No we have not. “Did you still want it?” Yes, this is why we ordered it. Ok. Let me get that going. Finish dinner just in time for the appetizer to be delivered. So no attempt to rush this order error I guess. Disappointing
