I checked in as the hotel offered a discount and it seemed reasonable and the photos looked great . I realised I had been provided with dirty sheets and towels which were made to look like they were cleaned . The receptionist had a terrible sense of customer service from the beginning and kept reminding me of the discount throughout my few days stay . On one occasion I asked for a clean towel as I had no clean towel after my shower . She refused to give a clean towel . On another occasion the cleaner did not clean the floor or change the sheets and the receptionist told me it’s because i had a discount . The hotel only had a couple of other occupants and it seems they were really skimping on the cleaners salary . On the third day for some reason the key to my room did not work and I was wanting to have a shower after a swim . The receptionist pretended to not understand even though I used google translate ans took 45 minutes to give me a key that worked ! There was no logical reason for this weird behaviour ! Then , on the third day the receptionist called the owners and they aggressively knocked on my door - I had just had a shower ( with no clean towel to dry myself ) and informed me that I had asked for towels too many times . The only reason I requested this was because I did not have clean towels in my room ! He said “do you know we are the owners ? “ very boastfully and aggressively and he also reminded me of the discount . After this I decided to leave the hotel that afternoon . And he said “ go “ . This hotel knows Nothing about service and I had asked the most basic thing which was too much for them . Warning to others - it’s terrible service , used bedsheets and used towels are provided . They skimp on laundry and cleaners salaries it seems . Look elsewhere ! I have never ever experienced such bad attitude and service anywhere from hotel staff.
