As soon as you get to the hotel you feel completely at home it's a family run hotel and what a lovely family they are so very helpful nothing too much trouble for Diane Spiros Evie and will. The girls who look after the rooms etc, Barbra Anna Selma all really lovely and helpful not to forget the pool barman annea .
Wonderful place.

Room Tip: We personally like poolside ground floor but friends prefer upstairs sea view .

I chose this hotel during my visit to Santorini because it is steps away from Kamari Beach and very affordable! I love that it is quiet and not in the middle of all the touristy towns. The hospitality from the owner was fantastic. The hotel manager picked me up from the airport which made things easier for me. Every staff member I came across was also nice. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly staff, we arrived at 2am with a delayed flight and they made sure we were able to get our keys. We had two connected rooms as part of our family suite with 3 beds which worked out well. It was very quiet, the pool was nice and the beach was just across the street. Breakfast buffet was good.

When we arrived for check in, we immediately felt at home. Transported to a time without schedules. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The pool is surrounded by lush bougainvillea and palms, and the quintessential Greek blue and white architecture of the hotel are picture perfect! The rooms are not luxurious but there is enough marble in the bathroom to make it so. That said, The rooms are clean and charming. And the location is amazing! Beach at your fingertips, restaurants and shops right there! Do take time for The Caldera-Thirasia-Oia boat tour, and The Estate Argyros Winery tour. An unbelievably perfect stay!

From the minute we are collected at the airport until the time we are dropped off for the return flight (hurry up new operators and sort the airport out) we are assured of a great time. Spyros Diane Evie Will Anna Barabara Selma and Anni go out of their way to provide every guest with all you could ask for. The rooms are immaculate with fresh towels and sheets at regular intervals; the buffet breakfast has something for everyone all good quality and much of it locally sourced. A well stocked bar with snacks available helps to keep hydration levels up as you enjoy the Santorini sun. The Boathouse really is excellent and if you need proof of it then just look at how many return visitors they have we will definitely be going back for our 8th stay next year.
