I had a lovely time at Mediterranean beach Hotel in Zakynthos. The staff was extremely nice starting from receptionists to waiters to room attendants and to pool cafe staff. The place is really quiet and the rooms are so big and clean. Every one smiles and is extremely helpful and friendly.
The only negative is the poor WiFi connection and the fact that there isn't a kettle to do a cup of coffee early in the morning.
However the food is amazing, we stayed for 7 nights and we had something else every evening. my 2 year old had a bit of everything cause you know kids are so fuzzy and he had healthy choices both for breakfast and dinner. The price of the half board was a bargain.
Loved it! Loved it!
I cannot wait to go again.

We had an awesome time in the Mediterranean Beach Hotel. We stayed on an half board basis and the food was great. There was no day we didn't find anything we liked. Compared to hotels in Germany, USA, UK... the hotel would be a four star instead of five star hotel, but that is quite common for the mediterranean region and was exactly what I expected. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was fabulous. Especially our waitress was such a sweetheart. Her name is Eleni (she was raised in Australia and speaks a fantastic English) and she was always very attentively and had a great sense of humor. We miss her a lot and felt like being a part of a family. If a hotel has staff like Eleni and her team, guests will always have a great experience.
The beach is beautiful. We still had a turtle nest right next to the hotel which was protected through barriers. Unfortunately we didn't see them hatch. The sunlounger at the beach are against a fee of 3€ a day, but you get a coffee voucher (value 2.50€) for the pool bar. The ones in the pool area are free of charge.
All together we had a great time in the Mediterranean Beach Hotel and hope to come back one day!

Me and my girlfriend arrived this hotel for 7 night. The breakfast is wonderful and rich, the dinner a little bit less. It seems that everyday theyre making the same pasta, and does not offering enough alternative for guys from israel that doesnt eating ham bacong etc. And the population from israel in that hotel is big.
But the rest of the vacation was wonderful. The pool, the beach, the spa, and kindness and the service of the team, and especially Nicos, the waiter from the pool. It was really pleasure to order from him and his service made the vacation for us really awosome. The location is very good also.

Myself and my partner stayed at the hotel from the 10th-17th September. We cannot fault the hotel at all. We had a room on the first floor of the main building with a huge balcony. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday.

The service at breakfast, lunch by the pool and dinner was great. We never had any trouble getting a table or tables not being laid like mentioned in some other reviews. The staff were always on hand with a special mention to Larry (we think that was his name) who served us almost every day. The 'y not' bar on the ground floor of the main building was lovely too, with an extensive cocktail menu and an outside seating area.

The location was great being right on the beach with everything you need on the doorstep. The party area was a 5-10 minute walk along the beach but you didn't hear any noise from the strip from the hotel. The pool area was always kept really clean and was a lovely place to relax if you fancied a quiet day.

Overall we had a really lovely experience with this hotel and have already been recommending it to our family and friends. Some people may find it not a 5* for them which may be right but this certainly didn't affect our stay at the Mediterranean Beach Resort Hotel.

Thank you once again to all of the staff who helped our holiday be one to remember!

The hotel was just perfect!!!
First of all... the hotel crew- everyone were incredibly nice and helpful.
Great team you got their: the reception ladies - Christina and I do not remember the name of the second one but she was lovely as well. The bar tender and waitresses at the pool, the dining room team, we loved everybody.
The rooms were big and we had a nice beautiful garden to seat at in the evenings. The beach is just few steps away and you're simply in heaven.
The food was just perfect!! I'm vegan and I always had some options.
I will definitely come back here! Highly recommend
