The hotel is ideally positioned along the shaw of Lake Garda, offering great views from the front of the hotel both up and down the lake. It has free off road parking, and is very close to a ferry crossing also ideally placed for circumnavigation trips by using the ferry. There are excellent restaurants in the nearby village, Camitol and the we had a great evening out in both Garda and Bardolino. The hotel is old but very welcoming and the breakfast buffet is second to none. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We would book again

Our host, Oreste, was simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, a great location right on the lake with swimming straight across the road. Rooms were clean and very roomy. The breakfast was one of the best we enjoyed in Italy and the views are superb!

We stayed here for three nights. Our room didn't have aircondition (we chose not to update for 6€/night), there was a barking dog in the morning and parking was on a steep and narrow hill, which wasn't exactly fun...

But, the breakfast was truly fantastic, the owner and staff very, very friendly, they had a nice bar. Close to a (stone) beach and a couple of restaurants. About 30 minutes walk to Torri Del Benaco if you walk fast. Wifi was 5€ a day and very fast.

If you are looking for a quiet, friendly stay, this is it. A tip is to call the owner directly on their number (I heard him speak English and German) and book directly, which would had been cheaper than through Hotels.com (which we booked through).

The staff is very friendly and speaks good english. The room was basic but very clean. We had booked an economy room but were offered to pay just a little bit more to get a room with air condition, which is well needed in july! The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The location is just next to Garda lake and the hotel offer free sunbeds. You will have to take a walk or drive when it is time for lunch and dinner. It takes about 20-25 min to walk to Torri del Benaco. It is a nice walk along the beach.
