The owner Ana has been really helpful guiding us through our first Trip Advisor booking. We’ve been to Lanzarote several times but this is the first time we booked independently.
Nico, Ana's husband, an instantly likeable chap was here to meet us and hand over the keys, even though we were late due to airport delays.
The accommodation was bigger than I expected. All the fixtures and equipment are very practical rather than luxurious. Many we recognise from IKEA. So far everything we have needed have been readily to hand.
Some may disagree, but we think not stripping all the cupboards of the previous renters items is a great idea. No need to go a buy a kilo of sugar, or a pot of pepper. We used up left over coffee which was much nicer than the brand we had previously bought.
The location is great, near the town, the beach, and also some of the smaller centres with well rated restaurants.
The only thing missing is instruction about recycling and where to take rubbish.

House is big, comfortable and clean. Location is perfect - just meters to the beach, promenade and windsurfing center. City center is about 10 min walk along the sea. House located in a small quarter made in traditional lanzarote style and very quite. There are all amenities for cooking. Also we got everything we needed and even more for the baby. Owners are very helpful and friendly! We stayed there for a month and enjoyed every moment of it :) i definitely can recommend this house.
