The rooms are excellent clean and modern. The breakfast was OK. The staff and a small group of drunk customers singing karaoke till after 12 am is inexcusable The stopped when I went down to complain. I was surprised to see the staff participating

We stayed one night as part of a motorbike tour. This is a nice hotel, right on the riverfront at one end of town. Our room was on the top floor, and overlooked the river from the doorway. The room was clean and spacious, cupboard for storage, fridge, air conditioner. The bathroom had modern fittings and shower above a bath, nice and clean. Staff were friendly and the outdoor breakfast area looked out to the river. Be aware there is a charge for tea and coffee which are usually provided complimentary at most hotels that supply a kettle.

To say that the staff were not welcoming is an understatement, as they made no effort to make us welcome. No information about the hotel at all in the room. In the tourist business, it is surely part of the aim is to have one person who can speak a modicum of English, but we failed to find it in this hotel. We don't expect fluent conversation, but a couple of words would be nice. On the positive side, the room was spacious, with the stairway overlooking the river. As we were the only guests, it was very quiet to say the least. The breakfast was dreadful, the table was not even cleaned and my wife was charged 10,000VD for having a coffee in the room - normal charge ,if any, is 3,000VD. We have never been charged in the other 8 hotels we have stayed in this month in Vietnam. Was part of a trip so not sure about the pricing.

Room Tip: Really hard as we were the only guests

The location of this hotel is great, next to the river, however that's about the only positive we have....
Staff attempted, but could not communicate well. Facility needs updating, very 70's.
The hotel seems to be a favorite of the locals.
During dinner, they seated a local fellow with his computer, near our table. After his phone rang for the sixth time (on speaker phone!), I was fed up. Food was mediocre, at best.
Find another place to stay.

I chose this hotel because it belongs to Saigon Tourist and I expected the quality of services same like other hotels under this chain and I was totally wrong; breakfast is poor - only provide instant noodle/ phở and egg; upon check out the receptionist charged me for 1 pack of G7 coffee (it is supported to provide free in any mini hotels).

Upon arrival, we asked the receptionist where we can rent a motorbike and how much does it cost - He said around VND 150,000/day and can rent from here (he meant his motorbike) . Next day morning, we came down to rent, another male receptionist said it cost VND 200,000/day, agree or not? Should not trust the staff here!!!

Room Tip: To tourists: be careful when using anything in room, you will be charged for this
